Return Policy

Oxford Homeware provides high-quality items at reasonable costs. We acknowledge that even after considering all of the variables, there may be a problem with the goods or you may receive the incorrect product. As a result, we provide you with the option of receiving a refund or exchanging the things you purchased. This service is available for 30 days after purchase. The items being returned or exchanged must be unopened and in their original packaging.

For the claim to be valid, all of the items must be "AS NEW AS BOUGHT." They must be in their original, undamaged shipping container. For return/exchange, you must repack it in the same condition as when you received it. Also, keep in mind that "FREE GIFTS" must be returned along with the claimed items.

Oxford Homeware shall not be held liable for any costs or risks incurred as a result of the rejected or returned merchandise. From the time we receive the merchandise, the authorization process can take up to 14 days.

Refund Policy:

The products must be returned with all unused accessories in their original packaging to receive a refund. They should also be in sellable condition. If the returned products match the company's criteria, you will be repaid the amount after a thorough assessment by our Returns Department. The delivery fee will not be included in the amount reimbursed.

We regret to inform you that if the goods received are not in re-sellable condition or violate any terms and conditions, our company will not accept them. Such items will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs. 

We have a 30-day full refund, which implies you could get a refund if you get a defective or inaccurate product within 30 days of buying. If your claim is approved, you'll be given instructions on how to continue and where to ship your items.

Refund rules

  • It is important to remember that the things to be returned must be in their real packaging and in "AS NEW CONDITION AS COLLECTED" condition. They must be new, unopened, and in their real packaging. The packaging boxes must be in good condition and not torn. You must have proof of purchase. Please keep in mind that the returning charge will be on your account.
  • You will not be repaid if the things do not meet any of the claimed conditions (the things must be in "AS NEW CONDITION AS PURCHASED," new, with tags, in a refundable condition, and stored in their real packaging).
  • Please notify us as soon as possible if there are any damages or difficulties with the merchandise. So that we can assess and fix your problem.
  • "FREE GIFTS" will be delivered along with the item for which you are seeking a refund.


Once your products have passed the authorized inspection from our inspection department, you will be contacted by mail if your things have been approved for a refund or not. The entire procedure could take up to 14 days. We will be grateful for your patience and cooperation during the process.
