Shipping and Delivery Information
Shipping Time
We usually deliver products between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., 4 to 5 working days after you place an order. Sundays and public holidays are the only days when Izanstore.com is unable to deliver. If you have not received your order, please contact us at 03218819526. Your order will be delivered the next working day, since we may require some processing time.
Shipping Invoice
Each order you place with Izanstore.com comes with a complete shipment invoice that includes quantities and shipping expenses (where applicable). If you have any questions concerning Izanstore.com payment choices, please contact us at info@izanstore.com.
Free Shipping
On orders of Rs 999 or more, all products are delivered for free throughout Pakistan. For the convenience of our valued customers, Izanstore.com provides free shipping. Orders under Rs 999 will be charged a Rs 100 delivery fee. We will notify you of any shipping charges before you complete your order.
Express Shipping
Orders received by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time may be dispatched the same day, subject to credit card authorization. For all shipments, our goal is 100 percent accuracy in quantity and punctuality. Monday through Friday, orders are handled. All orders for in-stock merchandise will be shipped within 24 hours if possible.
Tracking Packages
On the order status page, we'll include an order tracking number. By just clicking on the tracking number, you may track the package. Please keep in mind that tracking information on the Izan website may take up to 24 hours to show. We will contact you by phone or email if we have any questions about your order.
A packing slip should be included with every order. Please double-check that the information on the packing slip matches the contents of the box. If you detect a disparity, make a note of any damage to the box.
